Please review the steps we are taking during the Covid-19 virus outbreak the U.S. is currently experiencing.
Due to our classification as an ‘essential business’ we are still operating at this time. We have changed the way we operate and are now offering a variety of limited different services assisting individuals through this unexpected event.
During this Covid-19 outbreak we would like to assure you that the health and safety of all our customers continues to be our top priority. In addition to our previous cleaning and sanitation practices, we are also following the CDC, Health Department and National Limousine Association recommendations.
Please review the list below for practices we have implemented in order to operate within accordance and the recommendations of the above-mentioned entities.
For all of our vehicles, we also follow the cleaning and sanitation recommendations of the CDC website for businesses where a person with a suspected case of Covid-19 could have had contact. This is just as an added precaution between customers and is for everyone’s safety.
All drivers are asked to check their temperatures before reporting to a vehicle. If a driver feels ill for any reason they’ve been asked to immediately notify the office and self-quarantine for the recommended 14-days.
In any situation we are asking customers to please stand behind the ‘bar area’ of our Limo, towards the rear of vehicle. This is in order to practice safe social distancing between the driver and themselves.
During any of our services our drivers have been advised to keep the windows open allowing for ventilation and fresh air inside of the vehicles.
Hand sanitizer, and the recommended disinfectant wipes, are being provided in all vehicles, for both the customers and drivers during all rentals.
We are limiting the type of groups we allow in the vehicles and implementing 6 foot social distancing between the driver and these groups, or individuals.
No more than 10 people can be on our 18-passenger bus at any one time. This is defined as the driver and 9 other individuals.
We ask that any more than groups of 2 individuals be only immediate family members, and are only allowing this for funerals, weddings, large families and individual households.
The National Limousine Association has released the following guidelines for us to follow during this time also. Conduct a thorough cleaning of the vehicle's interior surfaces with Clorox or bleach based disinfectants before and after each customer (We have always practiced this). Based on their recommendations we have stopped offering refreshments in all vehicles and any left by a customer is promptly removed with either gloves or paper towels. We have removed all paper and reading materials from the seat-back pockets of our vehicles. We are limiting all physical contact and materials sharing between the drivers and our customers when possible. By following these precautions and others, we are working to maintain the healthiest and safest environment possible for our clients and employees.
